Super Bowl care package

My husband is a huge football fan, Houston Texans to be exact. Well even though they did not make it to the super bowl I wanted him to have some fun that day. I found this great plate for chips and dip at Kroger. I made my hot salsa for him and got some chips. Filled in with his favorite candy. This actually took up the whole box.











I got him this awsome pillow when he first got over seas. I thought it was perfect. And he loves it.

Tuesdays Weigh Ins!

So I am not proud to post this today, but in my defense I was switched meds by cvs (I am Hypothyroid). I did eat right and under calorie goal (thanks to Myfitnesspal app!), I worked out every day. I did my Jillian 30 day shred video and 45 min 2.2 mile trip on the treadmill. So I am not sure what happened :/

So I started at 148.2 now 146, not to bad. Hopefully next week will be better!

Weigh in Tuesdays

So this week I gained .2 lbs but I believe it is due to mother nature and not me over eating. I was under my calorie goal all week and did my dvd and 2.2 miles on the treadmill every day. So maybe next week it will be a bigger jump :). One can only hope!

So I forgot to post this the other day but I am going to take my measurements once a month after my challenge for that month.

Here are my starting measurements:
Bust: 39.5"
Waist 32.5"
Lowest part of hips over mid butt: 39.5"
Love handle area/belly button: 37.5"
Upper arm: 12"
Calf: 13.5"
Thigh: 20.5"
Neck 12.5"

Weight loss begining

So i have decided this year to really get in shape. Me and a few friends made a group on fb and we do that same workout and support each other. This has really helped me stick to my goals. I will post updates on here to show my progress. Wish me luck

So on January 1st 2013,
Our first challenge is the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, well currently I am on day 10 so I am no longer 148.2 but I am now .................
This was on January 8th, I know today is the 12th already but we do weigh ins every Tuesday I also have pictures of my self but do not blame me if I do not show them until I have lost inches and my belly :)

Why I love my husband!

I love my husband in so many ways so I am going to start a running list on the resons why. I will start with 5 today

1. Because his hugs are the greatest
2. He knows what to say to make me feel better
3. He keeps me on top of my goals
4. He brags to his friends about things I do
5. Even across the ocean he makes me feel loved!

6. He decided on his own today that after deployment he no longer wants to ever live apart.
7. He tells his buddies all the time how great I am
8. His smile makes any anger or doubt go out the window.
9. He is tall, and I love it!
10. He loves my care packages :)
