So I am not proud to post this today, but in my defense I was switched meds by cvs (I am Hypothyroid). I did eat right and under calorie goal (thanks to Myfitnesspal app!), I worked out every day. I did my Jillian 30 day shred video and 45 min 2.2 mile trip on the treadmill. So I am not sure what happened :/
So I started at 148.2 now 146, not to bad. Hopefully next week will be better!
